working principle:

Powder surface modification is the use of physical, chemical, mechanical and other methods to treat the surface of powders, purposefully changing the physical and chemical properties of powder materials according to application needs, in order to meet the development of modern new materials, new processes and new technologies. The materials enter the modifier from the feeding system, and the preheated modifier is added through the metering pump spray. The material entering the modification machine is uniformly dispersed and mixed with atomized agents, and the surface coating modification of the powder is completed by the high temperature of the system. The finished product is collected by the negative pressure collection system at the back end.
